How to Find the Better Soft Skin Moisturizers
If you have sensitive skin, you know how tough it can be to find good sensitive skin moisturizers. My skin is very sensitive, but I’ve found a way to find products that do not irritate it.
It really all comes down to not settling for the products that are the most popular, or even the ones that are on your supermarket shelves.
These skin care products are usually filled with toxins that will irritate your skin, disrupt your body’s internal systems and might even cause cancer down the road (there are a few ingredients that actually do this).
So finding the best moisturizers comes down to three very basic things:
1) Avoidance. Educate yourself on what ingredients are harmful. A few examples are acrylamides, alcohols, dioxanes, DEA, parabens, mineral oils, and petrolatum.
2) High-quality. Take a peek into how the company you’re buying from manufactures their products. Do they care if they use industrial processes that destroy the nutrients?
3) Natural. The best sensitive skin moisturizers use only natural ingredients. Whenever I buy something that says “for skin that is sensitive” and get a reaction, I sigh, because they obviously have put something bad in the product. So only buy the best most natural products.
You might not find the best sensitive skin moisturizers instantly, but putting in the work to find one that is a great fit for you is well worth it.
This has been my experience as well, I want things instantly, and when it doesn’t happen, I get frustrated and want to give up. But if you keep at it, the right product will come to you - just relax, and enjoy life.
